Weather Calendar (“https://weathercalendar.app”, hereinafter “Weather Calendar”) collects the following personal information:
- Required Information: Email address, profile information
- Automatically Collected Information: Authentication data via Firebase Authentication, app usage records and log data, location information
- Optional Information: User settings and preferences
Collected personal information is used for the following purposes. It will not be used for purposes other than those stated below, and if the purpose changes, we will take necessary measures, such as obtaining separate consent, in accordance with Article 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act.
- Service Provision and User Management: User authentication, account management, customer support
- Analysis and Statistics of Service Usage Records: Improving user experience, providing customized services
- Location-Based Services: Providing accurate weather information based on user location
- Marketing and Advertising: Providing personalized advertisements with user consent
Personal information is retained until membership withdrawal or for the period specified by law. However, certain information will be retained for the period specified below for legal reasons:
- Service usage records, access logs, IP address: 3 months (Communications Privacy Act)
- Records of display/advertisements: 6 months (Electronic Commerce Act)
- Records of contracts or cancellations: 5 years (Electronic Commerce Act)
Weather Calendar does not provide personal information to third parties without user consent, except in the following cases:
- Google Firebase: Authentication, data storage, and analytics services
- Google AdMob: Advertising services
- Weather Data API Providers: Utilizing location information to provide weather data
To improve service quality, Weather Calendar entrusts the processing of personal information as follows:
- Entrusted Party: Google Firebase
- Entrusted Task: Data storage, analysis, processing, and authentication services
Weather Calendar promptly destroys personal information when the purpose of processing is achieved.
- Destruction Procedure: After achieving the collection purpose, the information is transferred to a separate database and retained for a certain period before destruction, in accordance with internal policies and relevant laws.
- Destruction Method: Electronically stored information is deleted using technical methods that prevent data recovery.
Weather Calendar takes the following measures to ensure the security of personal information:
- Technical Measures: Data encryption, secure servers, access control systems
- Administrative Measures: Access rights management, regular security training, establishment of internal management plans for handling personal information
8. User Rights and How to Exercise Them
Users have the following rights regarding their personal information:
- Request to access personal information
- Request to correct errors
- Request for deletion
- Request to suspend processing
How to exercise: Users can manage their personal information directly in the app settings or contact the Personal Information Protection Officer via email.
9. Changes to the Privacy Policy
This privacy policy may be updated due to changes in laws, policies, or security technologies. Any changes will be announced in the app’s notice section at least seven days before they take effect.

2. 個人情報の収集および利用目的

3. 個人情報の保有及び利用期間
個人情報は会員退会時まで、または法律で定められた期間まで保有されます。ただし、以下の情報については法令に基づき一定期間保存されます。
- サービス利用履歴、アクセスログ、IPアドレス：3ヶ月（通信秘密保護法）
- 表示/広告に関する記録：6ヶ月（電子商取引法）
- 契約または申込み取消に関する記録：5年（電子商取引法）
4. 個人情報の第三者提供
天気カレンダーは、法律に基づく場合を除き、ユーザーの同意なく個人情報を第三者に提供しません。ただし、以下の場合は例外とします。
- Google Firebase：認証、データ保存、分析サービス
- Google AdMob：広告サービス
- 天気データAPI提供会社：位置情報を活用した天気情報提供
5. 個人情報の処理委託
サービス向上のため、以下のように個人情報処理業務を委託しています。

6. 個人情報の破棄手順及び方法
個人情報は原則として、その処理目的が達成された場合、遅滞なく破棄されます。
- 破棄手順：収集目的達成後、別途データベースへ移動し、一定期間保存後に破棄
- 破棄方法：電子ファイル形式の情報は、復元不可能な技術的手法を使用して削除
7. 個人情報の保護対策
- 技術的対策：データ暗号化、セキュアサーバー使用、アクセス制御システム構築
- 管理的対策：アクセス権限管理、定期的なセキュリティ教育、内部管理計画策定
8. ユーザーの権利及び行使方法
ユーザーは以下の権利を有します。
- 個人情報の閲覧要求
- 誤りの訂正要求
- 削除要求
- 処理停止要求

9. 個人情報保護方針の変更
このプライバシーポリシーは、法律、ポリシー、またはセキュリティ技術の変更に伴い内容の追加、削除、修正が行われる場合があります。変更がある場合は、施行7日前までにアプリ内のお知らせにて告知します。

- 파기 절차: 수집 목적 달성 후 별도의 DB로 옮겨져 내부 방침 및 관련 법령에 따라 일정 기간 저장 후 파기
- 파기 방법: 전자적 파일 형태의 정보는 기록을 재생할 수 없는 기술적 방법을 사용하여 삭제
7. 개인정보 보호를 위한 기술적·관리적 대책
날씨 캘린더는 개인정보의 안전성 확보를 위해 다음과 같은 조치를 취하고 있습니다:
- 기술적 대책: 데이터 암호화, 보안 서버 사용, 접근 제어 시스템 구축
- 관리적 대책: 접근 권한 관리, 정기적인 보안 교육, 개인정보 처리에 대한 내부관리계획 수립
8. 이용자 및 법정대리인의 권리와 그 행사 방법
이용자는 개인정보 주체로서 다음과 같은 권리를 행사할 수 있습니다:

9. 개인정보 처리방침 변경
이 개인정보처리방침은 법령, 정책 또는 보안기술의 변경에 따라 내용의 추가, 삭제 및 수정이 있을 시에는 변경사항의 시행 7일 전부터 앱 내 공지사항을 통하여 고지할 것입니다.
